Artichokes ***
Servings: 2
2 tsp salt in an inch of water
2 artichokes
1/2 cup butter melted,
2 tsp lemon juice
s&p
+ wash chokes
+ slice off stems and top inch or two of leaves
+ place in pot with stems facing up
+ bring to boil
+ reduce heat and simmer 10 min
+ stab middle of stem, if knif is clean then they are done
+ drain and let them drain for 5 min
+ melt butter in small sauce pan
+ add lemon juice
+ add s&p
