Baked Baby Rosemary Red Potattoes ****
1 lb baby red potatoes
3 stalks of fresh rosemary
s&p
olive oil

* preheat oven to 450
* cut potatoes in half
* lay cut side facing up on cooky sheet
* brush or drizzle EVOO on potattoes
* finely chop rosemary
* s&p the potatoes
* sprinkle rosemary on potattoes
* bake potatoes for 40 min.

Even tastier with Saffron Aioli recipie.
