Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts on a Bed of Rice
Servings: 4
1 cup long grain white rice
14 oz chicken broth
4 tbsp premium lemon pepper
1/2 cup of melted butter
8 chicken breast tenderloins
+ preheat oven to 350.
+ compleatly cover chiken with lemon pepper
+ in a shallow glass baking dish place chicken, butter and broth
+ bake for 25 minutes.
+ remove the chicken from baking dish.
+ add rice and distribute evenly.
+ place the chicken back in on top of rice (everything should be coverd by broth
+ bake 50 minutes.
