Baked ziti ***
10 servings
1 lb ziti pasta
2 26oz cans spaghettie sause
4 oz artichock harts (optional)
4 oz mushrooms (optional)
2 lb ground pork
1 lb provolon or mozzarella cheese
2 cups ricotta (optional)
olive oil (optional)
spice (optional)

= preheat oven to 450°
= boit water
= add pasta & cook 9-15 min
= brown pork
= slice/chop mushrooms , hearts , provolon
= drain water from pasta
= drizal pasta w/ EVOO & mix
= grab large cassoral dish
= mix all but cheese and make sure to get the sause and ricotta are well distributed
= layer provolon on top
= toss it in the oven for 20 min
