Basil Wine Pork ***
Servings: 2
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 lb pork loin sliced
s&p
2/3 cup white wine
1 cup fresh basil
1 1/2 tbsp brown mustard
1 tsp hourseradish
1/4 cup cream
+ heat oil in pan
+ cook pork 4 min on each side
+ remove pork and keep warm
+ in remaining pork juices add wine, basil, horseradish
+ boil until reduced to 1/4 cup
+ stir in mustard
+ reduce heat to simmer
+ slowly sir in cream
+ poor over pork
