Champagne & Mushroom Chicken ***
1 Tbsp flour
1/4+ tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8+ tsp paprika
2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/2 tbsp butter
-1/2 tbsp oil
1/3+ cup champagne or dry white wine
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4+ cup heavy cream
+ combine flour, garlic powder, white pepper, salt and paprika
+ lightly coat chicken in flour mixture
+ heat butter and oil in skillet over medium heat
+ add chicken
+ brown 4 minutes on each side
+ add champagne
+ continue cooking over medium eat until chicken is tender (10 min)
+ remove chicken and keep it warm
+ add mushrooms and cream to skillet
+ cook at low heat, constantly stirring ;until thickend
+ return chicken to skillet
+ spoon sauce over chicken
