Clams & Spagetti ****
servings 5
3/4 lb thin spagette
3/4 stick butter
4 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp parsly
1 tbsp sundried tomatos
3 cans clams, minced (do not drain)
2 cups wine, white

# cook pasta.
# melt butter and saute the garlic.
# add all but the clams.
# bring to boil.
# add clams and simmer.
# add to pasta.
