Cranberried Apples ****
servings: 3
1 tbsp butter
1 apple
cinnamon
nutmeg
2/3 cup Cranberry Cider
1/4 cup sherry
+ thin slice apple
+ melt butter in skillet at medium heat
+ dust apples with spices
+ cook apples for 4 minutes on each side
+ add cider & sherry
+ increase heat by 10%
+ continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until liquid reduces (about 15 min)
+ once liquid has almost vanished remove from heat and serve
