Curried Lamb Chops ****
Background of picture includes Curried Lentals
Olive or vegetable oil for oiling grill rack
4 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 (4 ounce) lamb chops, about 1 inch thick
+ Oil a grill rack and arrange it 4 to 5 inches from heat source.
+ turn broiler on high
+ Combine curry powder, salt and
pepper in a small bowl
+ mix thoroughly
+ using a plate to pour curry mix on and coat all sides of lamb
+ Grill chops.
+ flip every 4 min or until lamb starts to smoke.
+ continue until the fat starts dripping and all parts of curry are moist and no longer dry (Internal temperature should be 145 degrees for medium-rare.)
+ serve hot
