3 lb boneless chicken
20 oz enchilada sauce
4 bunches green onions
4 cups shredded chees
spice for the chicken
1 cup taquila
2 limes
s&p

# chop onions and chicken
# cook with taquila and lime juice in skillit
# soft fry each tortilla
# wrap 3 oz chicken in each tortillas
# place each on in baking dish
# Poor on enough sauce to cover
# add cheese
# poor on a bit more sauce
# cook for 45 min at 350
