Grilled Timatar ***
Servings: 2-4
4 large tomatoes
1/4 tsp salt
black pepper
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 healthy pinch cayenne pepper
2 tsp olive oil
+ mix all dry ingredients
+ turn broiler on high
+ line baking pan with aluminum foil
+ wash tomatoes
+ slice off top 1/4 of tomatoes
+ drizzle exposed tomato flesh with oil and rub it into the whole of the exposed area
+ sprinkle spices evenly onto exposed tomato area
+ broil 5 inches from broiler for 5+ minutes
+ if tomatoes starts to smoke or turn black they are done
