15 tbsp butter
10 lamb chops (fat trimmed)
1 7/8 cups beef stock
3.75 pounds potatoes
2.5 tsp salt
2.5 tsp peper
Worcetershire sauce
Preparation:
# preheat oven 375
# in skillet melt 5 tbsp butter
# add lamb
# cook 3 min per side
# remove and set aside
# add to skillet beef stock
# boil, set aside, keep warm
# boil, peel, mash potatoes
# beat in rest of butter, s&p
# butter oven proof dish
# layer in 1/2 potatos
# layer lamb
# sprinkle Worcestershire sauce
# layer in rest of potatoes
# bake 30 min
# poor on gravy
