Itallian Shrimp Skewers **
Servings: 2
1 lb shrimp (peeled)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 bsp vegetable oil
2/3 cup very fine dry read crumbs
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tbsp parsly, choped
s&p
lemon wedges to serve.

+ de-vain shrmp
+ rinse and pat dry
+ in bowl mix oils and shrimp
+ add bread crumbs, garlic, parsly s&p
+ toss
+ cover and marinate one hour
+ skewer shrimp through body and tail so they lay flat
+ preheat broiler
+ broil 2 min per side
+ serve w/ lemon wedges
