Lamb With Currant Sauce ****
4 fresh rosemary sprigs
1 lb lamb steak
5 tbsp black currant jelly
2 tbsp raspberry or red wine vinegar
# turn on broiler
# finely chop rosemary
# rub rosemary s&p over lamb
# add jelly & vinegar & 2 tbsp water in sauce pan and add heat
# cook lamb for 5 minutes
# pour sauce over lamb & serve
