Mayonnaisa ****
1 egg, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp. Fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup canola oil
+ in order of appearance place each ingredient in jar
+ make sure stick blender (aka wand blender) is off
+ place it into jar so that it touches the bottom
+ turn on blender
+ move blender side to side and slowly, very slowly, pull it up
@ don't use olive oil
@ only use fresh lime juice
@ grapeseed or safflower oil will work
