Mustard Cream Salad Dressing ***

Cost note: assumes that all you need to buy is cream, sour cream
Meal: Dinner
Course: Main
Feel: Hardy, rich
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cognac
4 tsp dijon mustard
4 tsp mild mustard
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup cream
1/2 tsp peprika
Preparation:
+ heat skilled
+ add cognac and set ablaze
+ add mustards, paprika
+ combine sour cream, cream
+ add to skillet slowly
+ cook for one minute
+ chill
+ serve
