Panaeng neua ****
7 oz sliced meat (beef, lamb, chicken or pork)
1 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 tbsp panaeng curry paste
6 kaffir lime leaves
3 tbsp thai peanut sauce
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
+ heat 1/2 cup of coconut milk till oil comes to surface (or till you think it migh burn, your call)
+ add curry
+ fry meat 3 min
+ add rest of coconut milk
+ add salt, fish sauce, sugar, nut sauce
+ simmer for 5 min
+ add leaves
+ remove from heat
+ serve with rice.
