Paprika Chicken and Potatoes ****
2 pounds potatos
4 chicken thieghs
1 white onion, sliced
2 tbsp paprika
s&p
+ chop potatoes into large pieces
+ drissle potatoes with olive oil and mix
+ spread potatoes on roasting pan
+ roast potatoes at 450 in oven till cooked through, broil during last minutes to make them golden and crispy if needed
+ trim any excess fat from chicken and reserve.
+ heat large skillet to meduim
+ add fat in skillet
+ add paprika, salt, pepper, cake flour to chicken and mix in bowl
+ once there is layer of fat in skillet
+ add onions to skillet
+ when adding chicken to pan reserve any leftover seasoning.
+ add chicken skin side down to skillet
+ cook 10+ minutes till skin crispy
+ turn chicken over
+ cook another 10 minutes covered
+ add just enough water to make it half way up the side of chicken parts.
+ bring chicken to boil
+ add potatoes to chicken
+ simmer 15 minutes
+ mix 2 tbsp to flour 3-4 ounces water
+ slowly add small amounts of above mixture till you get desired thickness of sauce
+ serve
