Pasta ***
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour (all purpose, wheat, what have you)
1 slightly beaten egg
+ Mix salt and flour
+ Slowly mix egg into flower till dough is firm
+ Roll out dough to desired thickness
+ cut into desired shape.
+ Cooks in 4-5 minutes
- all amounts are estimates. Elevation, humidity, amount of wine consumed and stress levels can all play major rolls in the amount of any ingredient when making pasta. If you need less egg, add less egg. If you need more flower. Add more flower. Trial and error.
