Peasant Food ***
Servings: 8
1 whole chicken (choped)
2 lb baking pottatoes
1-2 large onions
2 can lesare peas (the good ones)
1 - 1 1/2 lb pasta
s&p
extra virgin olive oil

+ preheat oven to 375
+ cube potatoes into larger than bit sized chunks
+ quarter the onions
+ declump onions
+ s&p
+ drizzle olive oil them
+ place in baking dish
+ s&p chicken parts
+ place chicken on top of mix
+ bake with no cover until chiken is done (1 hour) and pottatoes are tender
+ cook pasta and time it for when chicken is done it will be done
+ drizzle some olive oil over pasta & toss pasta
+ add peas w/ liquid
+ add to pasta
+ serve topped with parmasan
