Piller's Italian Hoagies ***
Servings: 2
2 hoagie rolls (or other suitable bread)
1/2 cup spaghettie sauce (not the watery stuff)
2 spicy italian sausages
8 pepperoncinis
1/2 cup or 3 ozs cheese (what ever kind you got on hand)
a touch of olive oil

+ preheat oven to 400
+ preheat burner to just below medium
+ place pan on burner
+ coat sausages in olive oil so they won't stick to pan.
+ cook sausages in pan never letting them stay in one place for more than 3 min
+ split hoagie rolls and create a sausage sized hollow if they are really thick
+ when sausages are uniformly golden brown and done place bread in oven
+ reduce heat on sausages to simmer
+ drain off any grease in pan
+ add spaghettie sauce
+ stir sauce to prevent it from seperating
+ remove rolls from oven after 4 min
+ place sausages in bread
+ poor sauce over sausage
+ place cheese over sauce
+ if cheese is not shreeded then place sandwitchs in oven for a little while to soften cheese
+ place 4 pepperoncinis on each plate
+ serve with beer
