Pork & Cherry Sause ****
3/4 lb boneless pork chops
6 tbsp cherry jam
1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp butter

# heat oven to 400
# rub pork w s&p
# w/ some oil & a hot pan sear the pork on both sides
# cook pork for 10+ min in oven
# add jelly & vinegar in sause pan and add heat
# wisk in butter
# let pork cool for 5 min
# poor sause over pork & serve
