Rack Of Lamb ****
Servings: 2
1 rack of lamb, 1 lb
1/4 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
s&p
1 tbsp butter, melted (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced
+ preheat oven to 350
+ on a roasting pan brush lamb with mustard
+ combine breadd crumbs, parsley, s&p,
+ press onto meat
+ combine garlic and butter
+ drizzel over meat
+ back for 35 minutes
