Sausage and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms **
Makes: 12 servings
1 lb. medium fresh mushrooms, cleaned
1/4 cup (Zesty) Italian Dressing
1/2 cup Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
+ preheat broiler
+ remove and discard stems from mushrooms.
+ brush mushroom caps with dressing
+ place on rack of broiler pan.
+ broil 5 min.
+ press sausage evenly into mushroom caps
+ sprinkle evenly with cheese.
+ broil additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
