Shrimp With Creole Sauce ***
Servings: 2
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1 lb uncooked large shrimp, peeled
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tbs fresh lemon juice
4 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup beer
+ Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl.
+ Add shrimp and toss to coat.
+ Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
+ Add Worcestershre sauce, lemon juice and garlic; saute until garlic is tender, about 2 minutes.
+ Add shrimp;saute until opaque in center, about 3 minutes.
+ add beer and mix
+ Serve on bread large bowl with sauce..
Very soupy & you can taste the lemon.
