Soldiers and Eggs ****
Servings: 2
4 large eggs
4 slices toast
2+ tbsp butter
+ place eggs in pot
+ pour water over egggs until eggs are just a little more than submerged
+ remove eggs
+ put water on to boil
+ toast bread
+ put eggs in boiling watter, one at a time
+ set timer for 3 to 5 minutes (3 for runny whites)
+ butter bread
+ slice bread into half inch strips
+ when timer goes off remove eggs from water
+ while eggs are still hot put them in egg cups
+ gently crack shell all the way around at the midpoint of the egg
+ remove half of shell
+ serve
