Steak Moutarde Flambe ***

Cost note: assumes that all you need to buy is meat, cream, sour cream

Feel: Hardy, rich
Ingredients:
2 thick (4+ cm) steaks (6 oz each)
1 tbsp butter
s&p
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp sage
1/4 cup cognac
4 tsp dijon mustard
4 tsp mild mustard
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup cream
1/2 tsp peprika
Preparation:
+ heat butter in skillet
+ add beef (4 min mid-high heat)
+ season beef with s&p, rosemary, sage
+ flip beef (4 min)
+ drain fat
+ add cognac and set ablaze
+ after flame goes out set beef aside
+ add mustards, paprika
+ combine sour cream, cream
+ add to skillet slowly
+ after cooking for one minute pour over beef
+ serve
