Stuffed Mushrooms ***
Yield: 4 small Servings
8 large Mushrooms
8 ounces soft flavored cheese
1 cup panko
+ Preheat the oven to 400F
+ Wash each mushroom,
+ pat dry and snap off its stems
+ Spoon the cheese into each of the mushroom caps
+ then dip (cheese side down) into the panko
+ put the mushroom caps, cheese side up, on a shallow baking pan
+ pour 1/4 cup water into the pan.
+ Bake the mushrooms for 10 to 20 minutes, until they have softened and the crumbs have browned a bit.
