Tortilla Soup ***
Servings: 2
14 oz chicken broth
1/2 c shredded cooked chicken
1/2 c rinsed, drained black or pinto beans
1/2 cup defrosted frozen corn
1/3 cup chopped canned Mexican tomatoes
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
4 tortillas
+ preheated overn to 350 degrees
+ spray a sheet pan with vegetable oil,
+ cut a tortilla into 8 wedges
+ and bake them for 10 minutes.
+ Combine first 7 ingredients
+ heat in pot
+ Combine all
+ serve
