Xoriatiki AKA Greek Salad ***
Servings: 2
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/3 green pepper sliced (optional)
1/3 onion, sliced
10 olives (Kalamata is best)
1 tbsp capers
1 dash oregano
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 dash salt To taste
2.66 tbsp olive oil (5 tsp is more accurate)
+ mix vegetables slices in a salad bowl
+ top with the olives, capers and oregano
+ cover with crumbled feta cheese.
+ pour the olive oil on top
+ mix
