WTF happend here?

I wish I knew. In many parts of the country we find that they may have one cannon per historical place. It is some kind of law. You may only find one, and it will probably have been made in China but they are there.

However, in Virginia there are so many cannons that that have taken to filling them with concrete and sticking them in the fscking ground as a way of protecting newspaper machines from the notoriously bad Virginia drivers.

I have heard that a good offense is the best defense but this seems to be pushing that a little far.
