Paper Wasp

Not sure about the exact species of this wasp but it is a paper wasp. I just loved the color contrast and how my cheap ass camera didn't completely choke on the zoom. Well that and how I was able to get this damn close to the guy (girl?) without it flying away.
This pic is nearly wallpaper size so put it on the desktop and scare the insectophobic in your life.
